About Me

I’m Claire, a registered paediatric dietitian and a mum of 2.  I live in Forest Gate, East London with my husband and two children.

I qualified as a Dietitian in 2008 from Coventry University and have over 10 years’ experience working within the NHS.  I have worked with adults and children in a variety of specialities, such as type 2 diabetes, weight management, allergies and fussy eating.

Since having my own children I have become extremely passionate about how children are fed in their early years. Introducing our babies to complementary foods is such an exciting time and experiencing this milestone first hand has made me want to help parents feel confident in choosing a baby led approach.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, the statutory regulator for the dietetics profession within the UK.  (Please click the icon below to access  the register).

As well as being a member of the British Dietetic Association and the International Infant Nutrition Network of Registered Dietitians, I volunteer as an infant feeding peer supporter in Waltham Forest.
